Ok here it is: Tien and Yamcha (from the Saiyan/Vegeta Saga) are battleing Skywarp and Thundercrackers (G1).

since it's not cell or android saga :-?

depending on how many mountain leveling blasts the z warrior can each do I think the seekers could be screwed

Krillin's abilities during the Freeza saga could let him solo them but i'm not so sure during the Saiyan/Vegeta Saga. Piccolo would have...

but Tien wasn't that far off (from Krillin) and  well then there was Yamcha... If they go after Thundercracker first Skywarp is screwed, but Skywarp is a one trick pony so Z-warriors still win after dodging Thundercracker's incendiary bullets.

People really underrate Tien. He is, without a doubt the most powerful human on the planet.

He could easily school Skywarp and Thundercracker himself.

It really isn't a contest. The only thing Skywarp has going for him is teleportation, even then it's not as fast as Tien.

People in DBZ > Transformers

Especially considering that in Dragonball, Master Roshi was able to blow up the moon, with a single Kamehameha.

By the end of DBZ(DBGT does not exist), 90% of the characters could blow up a planet with a stray fart.

Only one Transformer could destroy a planet. This is Unicron, and he took time doing it.

There is no way that any Transformer could defeat any main Dragonball or Dragonball Z character. Not even Mr.Satan.

When Vegeta first came to earth Krillin's power level was easily higher than Tien's. The noseless one was closer to Piccolo's power at the time. Tien is definitely the strongest human in the end if the 3 eyed alien hybrid counts.

My sister has all the DBZ Manga, is that in Dragon Ball Manga or from the anime? It's been a while for me but I was trying to go strictly from the feats I remember they pulled in the manga. Since few people give DBZ any level of luv I gaged them as low as I could see them be in the sayajin saga.

Ideally I picture GT as Goku's comma induced dream starting from his powered down fight with Uub.

:( Goku never woke up

I'm not sure Tien and even less Yamcha could do much damage to a TF's armor. I think the seekers would have the upper hand. If it had been Goku and Piccolo from the same era the match would have been more even IMO.

Krillin's power level wasn't higher, during the Radditz saga, Krillin had a power level of 206, while Tien had 250(Master Roshi had 139). Then in the Vegeta saga Krillin had 1770 while Tien had 1830. But Krillin did have an advantage during that fight, the Destructo disk, wouldn't matter how weak Krillin is compared to Nappa, the disk would have sliced through him, it being concentrated energy.
He isn't an alien hybrid. He's full fledged human, the third eye is spiritual, only Tien unlocked his.

Master Roshi blew up the moon as Jackie Chun in one of the world tournaments. He and Goku(who was still a child at this time) were fighting, the moon showed, Goku went ape, Roshi blew it up. This was during Dragonball, not Z. So if he could do that in Dragonball, with a power level around 139, and during the time of the Saiyan saga, Tien and Yamcha's powers were much higher. No Transformer would stand a chance. Because honestly, at the end of the day, Transformers are just smart robots with lasers.

From wikipedia: "RĂ´shi can also increase his energy and achieve his only and final stage. In this form his appearance changes dramatically, with an enormous increase in muscle mass and strength. In this state he can perform many ki attacks, most noticeably being the enhanced Kamehameha, at their maximum potential. The full power of this stage is unknown, but he was able to destroy Frypan Mountain with a Max-Power Kamehameha upon its first seen use, and later the moon during the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai."

He wouldn't be able to, at best it would singe Hercule and make him run and hide.

guess your right. I was thinking Krillin raised his power to do that 4 energy beams to kill the Saibamen off just before the Nappa fight. I though he raised it somewhere close to piccolo's,
but I guess it's not in the manga, but I thought the numbers were...

Piccolo (shield Gohan)=3800
Krillin (Kakusandan attack)=3200
Tien (Kikoho on Nappa)=2500

:P but i was wrong

Either way Tiens solar flare, there combined offensive attacks and abilitiy to evade the seekers keeps the fight in there favor.

:-B but mr.satan's not bullet proof...

The only thing that's ever been shot in DBZ and hurt is Buu's dog and I think that farmer in the first episode but that bullet was thrown anyways. Bullets in DBZ seem to be worthless for some reason (and yet everyone has them...)

Anyways, Tien and Yamcha have this. It actually would be a pretty cool fight to see, but the Seekers are screwed.

Agreed.

The Seekers are rooted, done, finished, screwed, etc.

But it would be cool to see Yamcha use the energy ball technique (that he can control) on the Seekers. We'd get to see just how durable and manouverable the jets really are...

even if yamcha and tien's punches and kicks dont work they could always use the ki cannon(tien) and the spinning chi bullet(yamcha used that in the 3rd tournament in db)and tc and sw are doublly screwed.

well... i must say that this would be a friggen awesome fight to see *if* Skywarp and Thundercracker were able to use ki attacks but other than that its pretty onesided

How powerful do you guys think Skywarp and Thundercracker's guns are? They don't need charging. And the alloy used by the transformers must be at least as strong as the one used for C-18 and C-17. Yamcha and Tien could never hurt C-18 even if she let them hit her. Even if the Z warriors could be hard to hit, in the end they just can't win.

Tien might kill himself trying to pierce their armors with his kikoho.

But you're trying to compare two completely different alien metals(at least in Android 16's case)
Cybertronian metals can withstand human armaments, yes. But not cybertronian armaments.

17 and 18, were human with robotic parts placed inside them. Only Android 16 was made fully of metal.

17 and 18 could shrug off arms fire, and most energy blasts. Up until Cell, even then when Cell hit his second form, Tien still clobbered him long enough for a distraction.

What we know of the Transformers, their metal skin is like the metals we have on Earth. Yeah they're strong up to a point, but then passing that point they become very brittle.

The skin of the Z warriors in DBZ, it's biological skin yes, however it's enhanced with energy. The stronger the persons energy, the stronger their skin. It doesn't have such a constrained limit as metal, as it only relies on the energy/strength of the person.

What could essentially happen would be for Tien and/or Yamcha not using energy blasts, but turning themselves into a projectile and tearing through Skywarp and Thundercracker. Exactly what Goku did to King Piccolo in Dragonball.

He didn't really hurt Cell either, just stopped stopped him in his tracks for a few minutes.

Yes, so true!

A good example of this would be in the Great Saiyaman Saga (those filler episodes before the main Buu Saga). It was here where Gohan was cracked in the face by some bad guy. So as he and his criminal buddy sped away after whatever they did, he said something like: "It was like punching a steel wall."

Although Gohan's power level far exceeds Yamcha and Tien's (from the Saiyan Saga onwards, of course), he was suppessing the vast majority of his power.

So yeah, Yamcha and Tien should have tough skin. Tough enough to give the Seeker's firepower trouble.

Y & T are impossible like Superman & Hulk. That much power would make them explode. The Decepticons win by default.
