anything goes, but no cassettes. slag probably has a strength and durability advantage, but soundwave is also very strong, soundwave is probably more agile, and possibly faster. hes also without doubt far more intelligent and skilled. who takes it?

This should be a pretty interesting battle, Soundwave is pretty much a step below the leader level Transformers. Slag on the other hand is a heavy assault type brawler (which places him at a similar level).


I think that I'll go with Soundwave.

Are we talking comic or toon???

composite versions. you can take feats from any g1 universe, marvel, idw, dreamwave or the cartoon. unless its some weird one off thing that doesnt fit in with the other versions.

Soundwave hides in tape deck mode (very small). Slag comes close. Soundwave expands to robot mode behind him. Soundwave shoots Slag in the head, killing him. Soundwave wins.

If there's a physical struggle, Soundwave takes the Slag by the horns (literally) and fires mini-missiles into his open dinosaur mouth. The explosions should kill or knock out Slag.

Presumably, Soundwave will win this. He has an advantage in skill, intelligence and mind reading. He's also strong enough to hold Slag in place for a short time. Any slip up will put Soundwave in grave danger.
