These two would annoy each other. Red Alert likes to monitor people while Breakdown doesn't like to be monitored. B emits sounds that damage mechanisms, which RA would hate. They would both go into this fight angry. RA has a tendency toward rash action, which puts him in danger. It's hard to pick a winner. I think that the one with most motivation would come out victorious. It's a case of scout (B) vs sentry (RA). B would be keen to escape with his latest information. RA would be keen to stop him. My opinion is that RA would be driven by his unpopularity with the Autobots and his desire to do something to regain that popularity, e.g. capturing or killing B. By doing so, he could reduce the effectiveness of gestalt Menasor too. If I'm right, RA wins.
