Bender is craftier than Hell. Literally, he managed to escape from Hell.

The difference between Bender and Blackarachnia is that Blackarachnia has moral limits. Bender finds death funny, especially the death of people he doesn't know. He's also gone so far as graverobbing and stealing people's blood. (Which has been mentioned three times, though one was through the What-If Machine, the other two were the first Christmas episode, and Godfellas, which Fry mentioned Bender had once stolen his blood)

He also has the extend-o-arms, and has incredible strength. (He WAS built for bending girders) He's also got that big laser rifle from Bender's Big Score.

I gotta say Bender takes this one.

I'm pretty sure that Bender has an off switch. (See the Futurama/Simpsons crossover episode on TV.) Blackarachnia can just use that and then do what she wants with Bender. His body can do so many things, it defies known physics.
