well there both scientists, they both have an arsnel of weapons, they can fly at high speeds in the air so who would win?

Seeing how jetfire and iron man are fairly equal overall, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. It could really go either way, whoever gets lucky with the first clean blow will take advantage of the situation and win.

Jetfire is far more advanced. He can hack all Stark tech and do what he wants with it. For a start, he could put Tony in a secure rehab facility!
