Who wins?

Starscream, easy. Looking forward to the new Targetmaster Cyclonus for Universe, but in a fight Starscream wins.

No contest, Starscream wins this one.

Cyclonus, he's already beaten the snot out of Starscream in Target 2006.

If it was Underbase Starscream, then he'd win easy.
But Cyclonus beats the crap out of him easily, since Starscream's a coward and whines. SS is good for backstabbing, but full frontal fighting? no.

But is this the Starscream and Cyclonus from the show or the comics, though?

Cyclonus is physically stronger. Starscream needs to hit him with cluster bombs and null rays, full strength. A crashed, unconscious Cyclonus can then be executed but even this is difficult since Unicron built him so tough. Another tactic for Starscream is to use his knowledge of the environment and lead Cyclonus into a collision with something solid, like a mountain. I'm thinking about the unpredictability and strength of sudden mountain wind gusts.

If Starscream is ready for a hard fight, he has a chance of winning. Otherwise, Cyclonus smacks him down.
