Optimus Prime vs Axel

Optimus returned to the barren Cybertron....
Optimus looked far into the vast barren landscape...
Optimus thought to himself...
Optimus: "I remember when this planet thrived with life. Everyone used to be happy...until that wretched day... the day when Megatron fought for control of it."
Cybertons sunset turned to night and things started to turn wierd...
Optimus walked on; thinking of the fun he used to have on this old home of his. At that moment optimus heard drilling coming up from the ground. A little brown person with a drill on his head appeared from the ground, then more came up. In a few minutes, millions of these things filled the landscape and surrounded Optimus. One of the things walked up to Optimus and said, "Hello, I am Shample, I am the leader of the Driles. This planet belongs to the Driles. State your business."
Optimus: "My name is Optimus Prime. Long, long ago... a species called Cybertronians used to live here. I am a Cybertronian." Optimus and the Driles became friends. Optimus told the story of the war and how this planet became uninhabited. Optimus spent time with them. He was there for three years with them until something happened.
Something fell out of the sky in a big ball of fire and hit the ground. When the smoke disapeared from the impact a man with red hair walked foward, "This seems like a good new headquarters for Organization 13."
Axel looked at all the little guys and Optimus.
Axel: "Okay, move out all of you."
All the driles hid behind Optimus.
Optimus: "This planet belongs to the Driles. I will protect them, you must go, you can't take this planet."
Axel: "I will do what I want. But it looks like I have to fight you first."
Who wins?
