Yeah, if it is the movie versions than Stark wins, but, if it was Conroy Batman, he would be able to disable the systems of any version of Iron Man.

Its a tough call.....altough i dont see any Gadgets that Batman could use to inflict any signifcant damage to Iron Man. Unless he prepared for the battle well, he might have Wayne Industries develop good gadgets for him to stand a fair fight. Maybe a god armor, some ray cannons, bazookaz etc.Flight jets etc.

I planned to start this fight but not with those versions of the characters. Too bad that in this one the winner is obvious... Ironman

Iron Man, No problem.

Batman could use his big ass ... robotic bat vehicle, grab Iron Man by surprise and tear him up like a 'phone book at a strongman competition! Iron Man could do the same with a Hulkbuster suit.

I suppose these two have to meet mano-a-mano with no gizmoes beyond the standard. I have no idea what the standard is these days. I'd have to guess: Batman wins with the shark-repellent spray. Turns out that Iron Man is very vulnerable to this spray because he's a shark on the dating scene.
