Personally, I favor DH. Tony would probably just create some "death's head-buster" armor, aand we all know how much those work...

If this battle happens in a marvel comic, then I'd pick Tony. If Simon Furman was doing the writing, I'd Death's Head.

Death's Head takes this one. He's more experienced, more advanced, stronger and a full mecha. He was shrunk to human size in the 1980s by Dr. Who but he still has his amazing weapons. He's very ruthless and relentless.

However, DH is almost entirely motivated by money. IM is rich so he could buy his way out of trouble.

IM would probably win by bribery. Otherwise, in a surprise attack, DH is more likely to win. IM does far better with prep time.
