Battle takes place near a canyon. Both are in character. Who wins?

Sigma, he’s that much cooler.

Sigma seems advanced to humans but Megatron is far more advanced. Sigma gets hacked and thus loses. I imagine that Megatron would destroy him as a nuisance: a minor obstacle to his grand plans.
