Assuming its 90's TAS Batman.
I think Bruce could easily outsmart Terry but yet Terry has alot of niffty gadgets.

Terry would beat Bruce, assuming they're both in their prime.
I mean, Terry did what Bruce couldn't: he outwitted the Joker and caused him to snap. Whilst Bruce is by far the superior mastermind and investigator, Terry has more of a fighter's instinct, and is more creative in his actions whilst fighting.
It would be very, very close though, and Terry would only win it by using what he knew about Bruce against him through psych. warfare.

I agree with everything you said. But let's not forget that Bruce taught Terry everything about being Batman, so he'll know all his moves. Still, I think Terry's a somewhat better fighter than Bruce, so I'll go with Terry.

Bruce can take anyone, and I do mean anyone, down... sad but true.
Him and Wolverine can apparently beat anything.

He tracks down (sniffs) his legs and hobbles to them 2 miles away. I forget what happened after that.

Well, as we know, Terry was created from Bruce's DNA. So that makes them, at least physically/genetically the same.
However, I believe if Bruce is in his Prime, as well as Terry. Terry would have the slight advantage with better technology suit and gadget wise, and would, after being taught by Bruce himself, would know how he thinks.
I think it would probably end up in a tie.

Bruce, unless the plot requires Terry to win, in which case he could do so without it being a shark-jump.

He was a clone
only if you consider yourself a clone of your biological father...
While the G2 bats has gadgets and a creative combat mindset, the G1 bats is a far better technical fighter and undertook a far more grueling training regiment
than his son did.
G1 wins again

No one has actually said Terry is a clone in this topic.
Well, as we know, Terry was created from Bruce's DNA. So that makes them, at least physically/genetically the same.
Sounds like he's inferring that Terry is a clone but then again, kids are created from their parents DNA so no clone there.
Oh yeah I pick Mcginnes I don't think Bruce will be able to fight his clone or son.
This person is undecided but doesn't really say Terry is definitely a clone.
Help me out I was collecting it but I lost track Who won the fight between Ultimate Wolverine and The Hulk I know THe Hulk ripped him in half but the proceeding issues are flashbacks And I dont know what happeneds after logan finds his legs or grows them back.
Regular Woverine =/= Ultimate Wolverine, regular Wolverine is kickin it in God mode.

Well, he's not a clone per-se. He could be considered a clone considering that even though Terry's dad was injected with nanites when getting a flu-shot that rewrote his DNa into an exact copy of Bruce's DNA.

Bruce and Terry are not physically/genetically the same. A clone of Bruce would be though... which Terry is not. The two links from my previous post site that Terry is his biological son while Mr. McGinnis was his proxy and serogate father.
It also goes into notable differences between the two. Terry is not as smart as Bruce, even lacking his photographic memory, and simply is not as skilled a fighter. Effectively Bruce being one of the greatest fighters in DC universe while Terry might rival a seasoned Robin.
Ultimately Terry's best can't touch Superman, Bruce doesn't need a suit that multiplies his strength by 10 to come close. Does flight and enhanced strength really make up for Bruces superior mind, and fighting ability?
