Which gestalt team triumphs?

Stunticons, they are more focussed on battle and form a gestalt that is more advanced (Devastator is a prototype).

Completely agree.

Even with an extra member, the Constructicons are just no match for the Stunts. I mean, Motormaster, himself, could probably waste the lime green and purple builders.

Sure, Scrapper and Hook could devise some sort of powerful weapon to destroy the car-based team, but I'd doubt they'd give the Constructicons the time to build it.

MENASORRRR! The Stunticons would roll these guys.

The Constructicons have loads of blueprints in their databases. They could easily find Menasor's weak spots and exploit them. Devastator has a reputation for slowness and confusion but he can achieve limited goals well enough. I think that Menasor will be sucker-punched by Devastator, so to speak. Once he's down, he's toast. (Devastator has a super hot ray gun.)
