Which version of Godzilla? If it's the American Godzilla, then Clover wins, if it's the original Japanese Godzilla, Godzilla wins.

Megatron and Starscream couldn't even defeat a couple soldiers

Clovey would vomit from motion sickness due to hyper-shaky-cam

King Kong would drag on a fight far past the point it needed to go, and then slip on a banana peel and fall off a building.

Godzilla wins.

There isn't even a competition here really, Godzilla fu**ing rapes everybody with his atomic fire!

Well it's up to you which Godzilla it is..... It could be any virsion of Godzilla. (Personally I would choose the Japanese version, because the guy in a suit kicks the CGI effect's cloaca!)
