Starscream could null ray the Dinobots and then all the Seekers could blast them with maximum firepower.
Skywarp could teleport the land Dinobots a few miles upwards and then drop them to the ground. That might damage them. Swoop could be dealt with by the other Seekers.
If Thundercracker could unleash a sonic boom very close to the Dinobots, he might shatter their tiny brains.
If this was a straight land battle, the Seekers would lose.
Of course, the Seekers would need to use hit-and-run tactics. With enough resupplies of ammunition, they might eventually win.
