Well here I do not agree with you, Computron might be too much for seekers to handle, expecially after all those battles with other Combiners.

These are just stand alone battles, its not one after another. Sorry if that was unclear.

Then I gotta say Seekers will win.I am not all that good with what strengths and abilities Each component of the Combiner has, or what are their styles of fighting.

I believe that Computron would predict the Seeker's attacks and counter them. Ramjet's charge would be avoided. Dirge's song would be cancelled out. Thrust and Thundercracker's sonic booms would be muffled. Starscream's null rays would be reflected somehow. Skywarp's teleport attack pattern would be foreseen and Skywarp himself would be neutralised. As he did all this, Computron would be shooting the Seekers very accurately, destroying their weapons and forcing them to land or crash. Computron would use all his guns for this. The Decepticon air warfare masters would be undone. They would flee or be taken prisoner.
