Rules:
You only have to knock out the enemy but killing is okay. Once you beat who ever you are fighting you may move on and help a partner (after resting for 1hour). No blowing up planets but Planet busters are allowed (the damage will only hit the enemy)

Goku and Vegeta win their matchups, but the other matchups are won by the DC/Marvel members.

Tenchi VS Superman

Well this depends if tenchi's light hawk wings can harm superman or not, if they can't then sups wins, otherwise tenchi actualy has a good chance at beating him

SSJ3 goku Vs Ultimate Hulk

I give this to Goku hes able to move faster and fire energy blasts from a distance, Hulks only chance is if he can last long enough for goku to run out of power, which I don't see happening here

Vegita Vs Flash

While the Flash may be a lot faster, Vegita is cable on omni directional blasts, Flashes only hope is dodge all his attacks and tire him out

Yusuke Urameshi Vs Spiderman

well I just going to have to go for spidy here I'm afraid

Ranma Saotome Vs Ultimate Cap

I could see this one going either way

Luffy vs Batman

Batman wins, just cause hes batman and will have someway of wining this easily while at the same time making him look increably smart at the same time

If it was Wally west Flash or Bart Allen the flash takes this. Drain his kinetic energy, hit him with a thousands punches with the mass of a speeding white dwarf star, etc. Those Flashes hit harder than Superman under normal conditions.

SSJ3 Goku vs Ultimate Hulk

While I don't see Goku just firing from a distance, and he is fast enough to finish this fight. War Hulk might fit the requirements for good Goku beat down.

Vegeta vs The Flash

I do think Vegeta would revert to using flight and energy attacks once his speed at SSj2 fails him. Inferno Prime does have a good argument for those two flashes though. If Goku finishes in time, Gogeta (is movie one allowed?) finishes the fight in style.

Yusuke vs Current Spidey

End of series Yusuke would win. He'ld barely feel Spidey's punches and technicaly a better fighter who sorta flys. Yusuke is a desendant of an uber demon and is atleast close to Spiderman's speed and strength.

Hiei vs Ultimate Wolvie

After seeing Logan get up from fifty sword slashes, Hiei burns the flesh off of Wolvie with his darkness flame. He's faster than Yusuke and far more sinister.

Ranma vs Ultimate Cap

Ranma might win, but if he get's cocky, Cap pulls a handgun.

I think i'ld rather see Zollo loose to Bruce instead. I don't see him helping Cap if he pulls a gun on the teenager though. Or Spiderman unless Yusuke shows off his demon side. so Bat's takes out Hiei with uber jober Aura.
