if predator has "rules of engagement", i.e. cant attack banner, Hulk wins. he's near unkillable.
"Planet Hulk" Hulk would uterrly win
Gray hulk would savagely beat him
Normal hulk would smash him

Do you think this is really a fair match? Hulk can survive a nuke; Predators die on a regular basis, usually because of normal "Puny" humans.

Ummm this is really no Match for Hulk. Unless Predators have some kind of Motherweapon on their mothership, that could devastate Hulk. Other than that, Hulk will smash predator, beat him Savagelly, Etc.

Turns out that Hulk is just a big green jelly. Predator likes jelly. Predator wins but has stomach ache afterwards.
