I checked Wikipedia, and it didn't say anything about the Spirit having a healing factor. So Wolverine wins, as usual.

In the movie, haven't had the opportunity to read the comics, he dose have a healing factor he's kinda like a zombie an awesome zombie.

I can see Wolverine shred The Spirit to heap. To the point where The Spirit cant heal back.

It would be a draw because both are equal.

Unless Wolverine loses his temper and goes berserk because The Spirit annoys him.

Then The Spirit would be shredded.

Or he would exploit the gaps in Wolverinres defence cause by the berserk and loss of control and win.

That's not good for the Spirit, since Zombies don't have healing factors.

I give this to Wolverine if only because he's tough enough to be able to be on a million different teams.

The Spirit has the whitest skin so he's superior. No, he's just too powerful. Spirit wins.
