Cylons nuked twelve planets in the course of one hour. I'm going with the fanatical, nearly infinite death-robots with no concern for their personal safety on this one.

Seconded, as Pokemon seem to have very powerful attacks that don't do more than knock each other out.

I kind of worded that wrong: The performed a nuclear bombardment on twelve planets in the course of one hour. That is, they nuked the planets repeatedly, to the point where the atmospheres would become toxic, killing any lifeforms that weren't killed by the original blasts.

So yeah, Cylons win a few times over.

Not if they're incinerated by nuclear weapons. Ghost types are almost entirely corporeal, they're not safe.

Keep in mind that the only troops involved in ground combat will be Centurions. Raiders (Which will resurrect themselves upon death) will be establishing air superiority, along with nuclear bombardments. Basestars will end up in orbit, also executing bombardment.

judging by how overpowered the pokemon movies make them look, if all the legendaries teamed up it would be a close fight

Nope. A properly leveled Pikachu can take down Dialga. As such, Legendaries aren't going to have an easier time.

and a good ol' space nuking ain't going to make it easier.

If we wanna make things fun we could say things on earth become like the earth from fallout and everything's either mutated, starving, or ghoul'd

im gonna say that cylons win,not because of the nuclear bombing from space and them incinerating 12 planets to the point were nothing can go near them....but because they are simply just cooler looking than any of the pokemon.
im not trying to offend anyone that actually likes pokemon(im a fan of the originals only),but even pokemon fans have to agree with me that the cylon robots look pretty cool

so wich would YOU rather see in public?
a little yellow squirrel that can probably hospitalize you for a day or 2.......or this thing, wich could do this to your whole planet 10 times over-

If you put them together, you get pylons. They're much more useful.
