Shattered Glass Rodimus Vs Starscream

Here is the battle of the people who want their superior's job.
Who will win, typical Starscream, or Shattered Glass Rodimus (shattered glass is an alternate universe, autobots equal bad, decepticons equal good)
This is just My biased opinion as a Rodimus Fan, but I say SG Rodimus and his evil looking Goatee win the bout

I'm assuming that SG Rodimus doesn't surprise Starscream with his ruthlessness. I'm also assuming that SG Rodimus has the same tech specs as G1 Hot Rod. Starscream is clearly superior on paper but Rodimus is very bold and inventive in his fighting style. If Starscream doesn't put the hammer down hard, Rodimus might get the better of him.

S has null rays and cluster bombs. That would be enough to beat most opponents but then SGR is an excellent warrior. SGR could easily win with accurate shooting. S needs to use tricks to win, I reckon. He could lure or force SGR into a trap, perhaps a pitfall trap, minefield, live fire area or collapsing building. I think that S would win, with his flight and speed advantages. However, he would have to 'bring his A game'.
