I think I'll go with Tornedron, unless maybe he runs into the silver surfer or Phoenix.

Tornedron was defeated by Grimlock flipping a switch by accident. I don't think that he can win.

The Marvel Universe is incredibly huge and barely explored, despite decades of comic books. It's much more likely to win.
