Batman(DCAU) vs. Darth Vader (III onward)

Which one takes thyis little battle of the guys in black capes. THis can be to the death or just till one of them can't fight back...There both on a deserted planet both have mod of transportation.
Vader has his custom Tie fighter and Batman has the batjet. Both are fully equiped with any other equipment they can carry.

Vader, of course. His TIE Advanced is, of course, more advanced than the Batjet could ever be; if he was outgunned by Batman, Vader CAN easily fly into space.
On the ground, Vader. What's Batman going to do? Get the drop on a guy who can feel danger before it happens?

I think Batman would be have an advantage in his Batjet in atmosphere since TIE fighters lose a lot of maneuverability and speed due to the resistance of air.
On the ground, Vader. What can batman do against the Dark Side of the Force? Nothing. The only way Batman could win is if he somehow got his hands on some ysalamari. Since the planet is deserted and it's way to pricey to purchase, i say Vader breaks Bruce's neck in one swift force grip.
