The Ducks would stand a small chance if, and I mean if they land a few lucky puck shots. They have the numbers, but they don't have the skills. But even then TMNT for the win.

I'm much more of a Mighty Ducks fan than a Turltes fan. But, I'm unfortunatly gonna have to agree that the Turtles would win.

Everyone's so quick to say TMNT, even if they it wouldn't be an easy victory. Let's not sell the ducks short
Once Wildwing overcame hid self doubt accepted his role he was a very capable leader
Mallory and Grin are martial arts masters
Duke is as skilled with his blade as Leo as well as skilled with agility and stealth abilites
Tanya is intelligent and technology genius on the same level Don
Grin is a powerhouse
The only liabilities are Nosedive, who's a capable marksman, and Tanya, who has no real combat training, but if given enough cover could make some device to ensure their vitory.
Whoever wins this would be on interesting battle.

If the turtles can take down Triceratons, they sure as hell could have taken down those chump dragons the Ducks fought.

Turtles and ducks never fight. Terrapins, on the other hand, like to eat ducklings.
