Kick out each respective toddler and maybe add Frozone to stall Johnny Storm. Which heroic family comes out on top?

Fantastic Four hands down.

Why so easy?

Because some idiot wrote into the TV Guide after Fantastic Four(movie) came out claiming it was "a cheap rip off of The Incredibles."

That just made me hate The Incredibles just slightly.

Not exactly. Lets no forget that Frozone, Mr Incredible and Elastigirl were professional super heroes during the 70s, infact they were top of their game. Admittedly they're a little out of practice, but at least they're not inexperienced.

I'd say the Incredibles take it. Mr Fantastic and Elastigirl would nullify each other out, as would the Invisible Woman and what's her name, Frozone/ Human Torch and Mr Incredible / the Thing. That leaves one extremely fast individual who could probably run rings around the Fantastic four.

Would be hard, but the Incredibles have the advantage of having the only unique super power in their group.

True, the Incredibles have a slight advantage. But the Fantastic Four have been outnumbered before, they are, as a whole, more experienced than the Incredibles.

Plus, the FF have had different members as well; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Fa ... ur_members

so the FF could still have the numbers to make it an even fight.

I'd say the FF.
Reed's stretching ability is far greater than that of Elasti-girl and has a far greater intelligence than out everyone else involved. The Thing's strength level makes him somewhat more powerful and probably more durable than Mr Incredible, and when it comes to force fields, Sue's proven time ana again that its only as strong as the will power behind it. The Human torch may goof off and act immature a lot but he is stil one of the most seasoned crime fighters around and no doubt would be able to win out against frozone.
Dash is possibly the odd little factor that gives the Incredibles a bit of an edge, but he also tends to leap without looking, so I can just see him running into reed Richards malleable body and bouncing off before being circled in by either the Invisible Woman's power or Johnny's flame.

Sue Storm would be enough to take the Incredibles. Her favourite trick is to seal the enemies throat from air. Some minutes, and the incredibles are out.

Jack Jack has multiple powers. That should swing it for the Incredibles, especially when they're all grown up.

Anyway, all these heroes are biologically impossible so really no one wins except incredulity.
