The 6 Seekers (Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Thrust, Dirge, and Ramjet) along with Soundwave and his 8 cassettes (Ravage, Rumble, Frenzy, Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, Beastbox, Squawktalk, and Ratbat) and Galvatron's 2 lieutenants (from 86 movie) take on the six-changing ninja badass.

Who wins?

The six-chaning ninja badass takes heavy damage, but eventually clobbers all of them.

Sixshot wins.

I believe that strategically they might be able to hold him off, but I highly doubt it.

Sixshot's a hard ass, but not that big of a hard ass. You're talking about the Seekers (six of Cybertron's most elite warriors), Soundwave and all of his tapes except for Slugfest and Overkill, and Cyclonus and Scourge. Cyclonus was shown to be on par with Ultra Magnus in terms of power, and his skill is almost unparalleled. Scourge is a powerhouse and a brutal raging madman at times. Both were forged by Unicron. I think the two of them alone might be able to take down Sixshot in a knockdown drag out fight to the death. But once you add the other 15 Decepticons (all of which aren't slouches) and there's no damn way Sixshot can win. He's up against 17 competent warriors. Not even he could beat those odds. He'd down a fair number of them, but they would take him down before he could beat all 17.

I think soundwave's smart enough to team up with sixshot and kick all of the seekers unloyal butts.

I have to agree with loki Sixshot is bad but, not that bad. If he knows there coming then feel most of them can kiss it goodbye though sixshot still goes down but, if he doesn't know there coming well most of them can still kiss it maybe a few more of them survive.

Sixshot, he’s a one-man army.

Frenzy's sonic weapon makes Sixshot's brain malfunction. Ramjet knocks Sixshot down violently. Starscream hits Sixshot with null rays. Everyone shoots Sixshot in the head while he's paralysed. Scourge uses disintegrator. Cyclonus uses 'rust ray' that degrades most metals quickly. Sixshot dies.
