This is an easy one.

Mudflap causes the problem of their combined form to split. They fight over their new forms and Skids wins. Mudflap would also have had a whooping if it wasn't for Bumblebee stepping in when the Matrix chamber is revealed. Mudflap does have one shining moment when he smashes Devastator's face to pieces, but then that fades when he shoots Skids in the face when he is supposed to be fighting Devastator.

So Skids would win.

Unless Mudflap is fighting against another transformer then Mudflap would be awarded this victory in the form of friendly fire.

I think Mudflap will win. Skids is more of the "smart" type and Mudflap is the "fighting" type among the twins.

They kill each other and we all win!

Whichever one is most racist!
