How would they fair against each other?

Beowulf has a good kill list...but he's just a man, and is therefore easily killed with bullets. So Van Helsing wins in a single revolver shot.

EDIT: Also, Beowulf only killed that dragon with Wiglaf's help, and he died shortly afterwords.

Beowulf is reincarnated as CGI Ray Winston and twists off Van Helsing's arm, eventually killing him. RRRAAAHHH!!!!1! Then, Beowulf does a naked dance in the town centre and gets arrested by the computer police.
