The Terminator (I'm assuming you mean the T-800), is capable of shrugging off everything up to (And probably well past) a shotgun blast like it wasn't even there. The rest are just actors.

If Rambo has his full arsenal (meaning: rocket launchers too), and the Terminator is unarmed, Rambo could win.

Maybe any human has a chance, in the end, the original Terminator was stopped by a waitress.

She had help and training from Kyle Reese, who had experience fighting Terminators. Even so, the first T-800 died after first having his organic exterior completely burned off by an exploding tanker truck, a pipe-bomb dropped into his chest, and then crushed by a hydraulic press. Sarah Conner didn't kill the first T-800, she was just in the right place at the right time for it to get destroyed. The other two T-800s both died willingly, one by dropping itself into a pit of molten steel, the other by detonating one of it's hydrogen fuel cells to kill the TX.

By that logic I would have to say Chuck Norris wins as he's the only real person, the rest are just fictional characters (including Mr T)

Lies and untruths! I pity the fool what thinks Mr. T is a fictional character. Fictional persona sure. But that's like saying that Triple H isn't a real person because it's just the character that Paul plays. Sure The Game (you just lost it) isn't the real Paul, but he's still a real person. Same with Mr. T, yeah it's most likely not the way that Laurence is alone or with family, but he's still a real person when he's in character.

Now to keep it on topic, the two actors and Rambo would team up and use Rambo's extra weapons to take out the Terminator. They wouldn't be without casualties though as Chuck Norris would die as he's clown shoes. Then it's down to Rambo and Mr. T and they'd fight like the manly men that they are: hand to hand. And in a hand to hand fight Mr. T would win. So Mr. T wins.

Terminator doesn't work as a cyborg. Living skin requires living organs underneath to survive. He has no heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, digestive system, nervous system, lymphatic system, etc.

Chuck Norris is impossible because his hair, costume and makeup are always immaculate after action sequences.

Mr. T. is pretty tough and resourceful but he's a team player and his team's not there.

Rambo is the winner because he's one of the best and he's incredibly angry.
