Batman vs Spider-Man (the edgy 90's re-imagining edition)

Well if so take your bets as to who would win this fight.
Batman (Jean-Paul Valley)
VS
Spider-Man 2099
I choose him over Scarlet Spider due to the fact that I hate him and would be biassed against him and would want him to loose so I choose this guy to stay neutral.
Both are edgy gritty and violent 90's re-imaginations and are typical examples of their time.
So who would win in an all-out battle to the death, the Batman guy can only use the abilities he had and used during his time as Batman and nothing he later developed. The same goes for Spider-Man, only the powers and abilities he had during the run of the Spider-Man 2099 series, nothing that was later added once that series was officially cancelled.
