Who do you guys think would win between G1 Starscream and Rick Hunter from Macross? I think starscream , though im a bit biased but even though i think the match would be even. But what do you guys think?

Shouldn't this be moved to Fantasy battles? Anyhow, to answer, Starscream would kick his ass. Now, take say Roy or Max Jenius...it would be interesting. Isamu would mop the floor with him. And Amuro or Char from Gundam? Hell that wouldn't even be a fight, Starscream would be junk.

Who is Rick hunter?
Oh wait, you mean Hikaru ichijo (I had to look up rick hunter on wiki). Simple difference
Rick hunter = Robotech
Hikaru ichijo = Macross
So you can't have a Rick hunter from macross

But yea, like Godmodule said. Screamer would totally kick Hikaru's ass. Roy vs Screamer would be pretty even probally. Max would win.

Starscream FTW. You forget Starscream is a sentient being. He doesn't have to think about transforming, he just does it. Rick on the other hand has to think about what he wants to do before he does it, even instinct is a thought. Isn't it funny though that we might see a repaint of movie Starscream as Jetfire in his G1 colors which were actually Ricks VF-1S from "Do You Remember Love?" It all comes full circle.

Hikaru probably couldn't pull it off. He's good, but not THAT good.

Better fight: Roy vs. Starscream. Both Drunk.

I'd say Roy Pwns Starscream, after all his Macross is the same flight gear as G1 Toy Jetfire.

Hikaru vs SS = SS
Roy vs SS = Roy, close fight
Max vs SS= Poor SS

yeah SS factoring human reaction time and human physiological limits (g forces, etc)

Starscream could beat any one Macross fighter in one on one combat. He took down a sentient Macross fighter (Jetfire is basically one) by himself. So one piloted by a fleshbag serves no challenge for the Ace of the Airways.
