Who would win?

The Silver Surfer has now found a new world for his master Galactus to devour. As he makes his declaration, Earth's gratest hero rushes to stop him. With an amazing punch, Superman knocks the Surfer off of his board. Unfortunantly for the Earth, the element of surprise is no longer in Superman's favor, as the Surfer uses his amazing power cosmic bestowed upon him by Galactus to blast Superman into a nearby mountain side. With the breath knocked out of him he comes to finally realizing the grat peril that his adopted home world is in. Thinking of his friends, collegues, and the love of his life (Lois Lane for those that don't know) he rushes back to begin his assult. Creating a cosmic barrier to continue his work, the Surfer repels all of Superman's attacks, until Superman begins to speak to the surfer telling him that there is no way that he would allow the earth to be destroyed. As Superman begins to speach about the differnt facents of the wonderus planet called Earth, the Silver Surfer remembers a life long forgotten, that of Norin Radd, and the sacrifice he himself made for his home world. With that, the surfer relents a spot in his barrier just long enough for Superman to use all of his mihgt to dent the surfer's board, causing him to severly weaken. With his hearld's power diminished, and he himself at odds the the Justice League, the Mighty Galactus has no other choice but to search the cosomos for another source of noursihment.

Winner: Superman

As they wave their willies at each other, they realise that they are impossible. They both disappear. Winner: cynicism.
