As much as I like Punisher, Punisher is an Earth hero, only with human limited skills. While Jango Fett, who knows........plus Jango Fett Fett gets an home Universe advantage.So Fett wins.

Jango is pretty much one of the last of the Mandalorians, think Battletech Clansmen on steroids (hmm.. there's a thought). He's trained for war and combat, whereas the Punisher is a vigilante.

The Fetts are clone troopers with military discipline and energy weapons. They should win in the end, with somme casualties though.
