Stark Enterprise's matter transporter works a little too well after their teleportation frequency is mirrored by a certain one eyed Decepticon on Cybertron. While testing out the equipment, Tony Stark and James Rhodes (both wearing their armor) are teleported to Shockwave's lab. Figuring the only logical solution is to capture and assimilate this strange new Earth technology, a battle begins. Who would win? Would Shockwave end up with his own red and gold armor suit, or would Marvel's tin men give old one eye a black eye?

Or if we're talking Cyborg Warmachine who could command electronics to become part of his body. He'd just make Shockwave become part of himself and win by default.

I doubt Rhodey could absorb living metal, and as Shockwave is second to Megatron in power
I believe he would scrape by on a win against the two of them
