Who wins?

Megatron, he’s the leader for a reason.

In an unstructured, quick fight, M wins. He could do this with force or, more sensibly, with shutdown codes. However, there are ways that the others could beat M. For example, B uses gyro blaster to unbalance M, St uses null rays to paralyse M and So destroys M's head with salvo of missiles.

So is a mind-reader with special access to M. He could find M's secret weapons, hidden in obscure parts of Decepticon HQ. The treacherous trio could find a powerful secret weapon. They would use it to blow M away.
