If they're the same size and using the same weapons then Rattrap would utterly humiliate Bumblebee in a fight. Rattrap is a better spy and a dirtier fighter than Bumblebee. Bumbles wouldn't even see Rattrap coming, the fight would be over in the blink of an eye and Bee wouldn't even know what hit him. Then it's off to a soiten parta Cybertron where da waitresses walk around wit out dhere chest plates on for some celebration. Heh heh.

Bumblebee, he’s a more courageous fighter.

Rattrap is stronger and faster with more firepower. Bumblebee is more intelligent and courageous. I think that Rattrap would probably win it with fists, feet, guns and rodent teeth. If he doesn't manage to do that, Bumblebee keeps fighting and wears him down.
