Both of these monsters were featured in only 1 issue, though the Predacons and Seasons appeared more often as teams. So who would win as a team of 5? And as a gestalt?

On land, Predaking. Underwater, Piranacon.

Piranacon has multiple exotic energy weapons that can crush, rust, freeze, paralyse and explode enemies. They would make life difficult for Predaking. If it has enough power, the triple crusher cannon alone might be enough to defeat Predaking. If Piranacon launches a surprise attack, he could easily overwhelm Predaking. Another method is for Piranacon to create a massive tsunami to knock down Predaking and sweep him away. To win, Predaking should fight hard and choose the battleground carefully.

I believe that the Seacons are likely to fight in or near the sea, giving them a tactical advantage. Predaking would be wise to shoot Piranacon from a distance before attempting a close, physical assault. If Predaking separates for a short time, Divebomb can drop depth charges in an attempt to force Piranacon out of the water. This would be a dangerous mission for Divebomb, though.
