From what I know, both Bludgeon and Spinister are highly capable Decepticon warriors, excelling in their preferred methods of combat. However, these two employ contrasting battling styles, creating a tricky and difficult fight for both 'Cons.

Bludgeon favours close quarters combat, demonstrating exceptional skill with his energo sword; and his hand-to-hand combat abilities would be formidable, too. He also possesses an electric cannon and self-generated electric spheres; two weapons that would aid the spiritual warrior against a long ranged opponent.

Spinister, on the other hand, relies on stealth tactics and long ranged weaponry to destroy his foes. Highly powerful, Spinister is armed with two automatic particle beam cannons and two remote control-guided fusion bombs. Hairsplitter, one of Spinister's Targetmasters, coverts to twin lock-target laser rifles, and boasts remarkable accuracy, while Singe converts to a double-barrelled nuclear-powered flamethrower (sounds pretty damn hot to me!), preventing Bludgeon from engaging him in close quarters combat.

Who wins?

Bludgeon, he seemed far more dangerous then Spinister when they both were in the Mayhem Attack squad.

True, Bludgeon is very skillful but Spinister is a double Targetmaster with fusion missiles. Spinister wins with some city-shattering explosions. Bludgeon wouldn't be able to escape the blast fast enough.
