Uh anyways, I say Devastator though the Dinobots might be able to overwhelm him with their superior speed and random G1 flight ability. Of course, Devy has the random machine gun abilities and the "eat you if you get too close."

But then again MudFlap survived the latter...

Any one of the Dinobots can win alone.

ROTF Dev is much bigger and stronger than the G1 Dinobots. If the Dinobots want to win, they should shoot Dev from a distance and use their energo swords to slash him to pieces. Dev doesn't have super-strong armour, as far as we know.
