Team Marvel wins this one. With Wolverine's indestructible skeleton, heightened sense of smell, and enhanced strength, Deadpool's skill with swords, guns, and martial arts, as well as his teleportation belt, the healing factor both of them have, and the no-kill rule both of them lack.

And well, this is the true ending of Origins:

I never liked Deadpool so as a result I know very little about him.

But Wolverine is not un-beatable, and for the most part, he's a bar room brawler...putting little thought to most of the fights he enters.

That being said, given the 2 weeks the op set up for practice, I see team DC as having a pretty good shot here.

All of these try to fight but they get smothered with fanwank and eventually die.
