who do you think wins im gonna say sureshot because he was the best shot on cybertron hes like the autobot verson of bullseye not really powerful but his one ability makes him very dangerous

Sureshot would probably need a better gun to penetrate Shockwave's armour. If he fails on his first shot, he's in big trouble. Sureshot's best chance would be to target a key component. In the Marvel UK G1 comic, Death's Head (a Furman character) killed Shockwave by destroying the brain.
