Think both would come out heavily damaged but deathshead got too many trick's up his sleeve so reckon he would have the edge over prime!! NOW! if you were talking Deathshead II and he was the same size as a tf again , prime would be scrap metal and DH would walk away virtually unharmed

Prime can fool DH with a munky while he's actually a trukk. Prime shoots DH in the back and wins.
