I would say it will be voltron. because if the consturcticons merge in to devastator voltron could dissasemble and atakk devastator with his lion friends.

Devastator is larger, I believe, and stronger, but Voltron can actually think, so Voltron.

G1: Devastator. He may be slow, but still got a big gun (which Voltron doesn't have, as I remember) Also, his components are capable on their own, too.

RotF: Good question, if Voltron is caught in the vacuum cleaner, I don't think he can survive it. Otherwise, Voltron wins.

What I meant was Devastator wasn't the best stratigest. His main plan of attack was "CruSH EVeRytHing WiThOut DecEPTICon SymbOL!!! RAWR!" Plus, he's slow and mentally unstable due to the Constructicons conflicting personalities. Voltron can think clearly and can fly around, so Voltron wins.

Gotta say Voltron, Devastator isn't all that advanced.

Now Liokaiser on the other hand would completely trash Voltron.
