Sideswipe definitely. Swerve's description says he's old and clumsy.

I presume that they fight on a road or similar flat surface. These are brothers so they're unlikely to fight. If they do, Sideswipe probably wins due to his greater skill. However, Swerve could have an extra weapon or two so the outcome isn't too certain.
