celestial being's armed interventions forces the autobots and decepticons against this 'terrorist' group.

now if only super robot wars makes that an excuse to finally put transformers in their game...

Transformers by a long shot.

Celestial Being did so well because of their clandestine nature and guerrilla tactics, in an all out war, they would easily be outnumbered, and out gunned.

you'd think so but the battle of Taklamakan Desert was pretty ridiculous because CB just turtled most of the battle and still won (via handy last minute cavalry save). though i'm guessing that most of the decepticons would've already fallen and the autobots would've lost their best team to the gundams.

megatron would probably be very interested in the GN drives to enter a truce and an alliance with optimus.

I believe the Gundams would side with the Autobots.. and the Decepticons would get their butts wooped. If it was CB's goal to eliminate the entire race on Cybertron, I believe the Transformers would win based on sheer masses.

While I want to say Celestial Being due to their massively over-powered Gundams, it occurred to me that when you remove their technological advantage (i.e., give out GN Drives like candy) CB has severe difficulty in a straight-up fight. The battle at Taklamakan Desert is a good example of how they can be easily overwhelmed; they weren't turtling, they were forced to play defense, and if the Thrones hadn't bailed them out at the last minute, they would have lost. They didn't win, they retreated.

So...yeah, I have to give it to the Transformers. Which I believe is the first time I ever sided with the Transformers in a "Gundam vs. Transformers" type battle.

that depends, CB has a strict law. you start the fight, you get blasted even if you're in the side of justice. as for the matter of volume, CB might have reduced the numbers of the earth forces of both sides to a minimum (but with the brunt of the losses with the decepticons) but would they afford to send in more troops from cybertron to go to earth? if either faction sends a significant number of forces to earth, what's going to stop the opposing force from taking over cybertron (unless an armistice has been agreed upon).

how would ribbons almark factor in this fight? and is it me or the reborns cannon kinda looks like shockwave?

Except for Katharon. And themselves. (They've started more than a few fights that weren't intervention)

Yeah they would. Such is the beauty of Space Bridge technology; you need to go back to Cybertron, well hop in.

He wouldn't. He's not technically part of CB anymore.

Reborns Cannon is based on the Guncannon, which predates Shockwave by about five years.

1.you're right CB's full of hypocrites, biggest one probably was the speech setsuna used when he was killing alejandro corner.

2. don't the cons have almost exclusive use of the space bridge? like i said, if they have an alliance then probably the cons would let the bots use it but how long would the alliance last?

I dunno about the Space Bridge, but the Autobots and Decepticons are shown to be willing to work together if both sides are about to be royally screwed.

ive got to put my money on the transformers. less time lag on pilot interface. due to lack of a pilot.

This is a commonly recurring argument in Gundam vs. Transformers battles. There's no lag time between the pilot using the controls and the Mobile Suit enacting them. Less so when you have a Newtype (Or Newtype equivalent) in the cockpit.

Transformers win by hacking.
