I never really followed power rangers since they aired around the time I hit puberty.
You start thinking about way different stuff around that time...

yes and no, same genre, same suits but enough differences to be considered different... like the japanese portayal of the -masters. same characters like in the american comic but different origins, different name.

I can hear the cries of 'Rip off!' already! They fight until the men in rubber suits give up and go for dinner. The whole thing won't be settled for many years. Hundreds of episodes follow.
