What will the odds be if the mighty chaos bringer come face to face against the might of the dreadful super weapon of the Galactic Empire - Death Star. Will Unicron be destroyed or would the Death Star be "Dead" Star?????

Unicron would win. The Death Star has the ability to destroy plants and although Unicron is certainly a plant, he is also a giant robot.
The death star is just to cumbersome and not very maneuverable, it would take an eternity to get into a decent firing position on Unicron, especially if he transformers to robot mode and just flies out the way, Unicron can then destroy the Death Star in his robot form, just as he attempted with Cybertron.

Well true, in terms of mobility Unicron does have an edge however, the Death Star has a standing armies of Tier Fighters and battleship armadas which it can deploy to attack or slow unicron down as it targets the chaos bringer just like when Unicron attacks cybertron gazillion transformers attack him, so it will still be a challenging fight.

Well, one of them is just a space station and the other is a dark god, so... I'd have to go with the god winning.

I am moving this to Fantasy battles.
Unicron vs the Empire
And as far as the battle goes, the Empire would have to utilize the entire fleet to stop Unicron..
Sure he is tough BUT being assaulted by 100,000 Star Destroyers, Tie fighters plus God knows what else the Empire would throw at him could weaken him severely enabling the DS to target and hit him with their cannon for the final win.
Unicron vs the DS solo, Unicron easily wins.

Yeah, but I'm fairly sure physical force would ultimately prove meaningless against an omni-dimensional Chaos God who can rend apart the very fabric of reality.

Wait! If unicron fought the death star... then it would turn into the darth vader mech! Unicron would be in for a huge galatic war! we all should know that the empire has cybertonian tech. that's what starwars crossovers came from. and I'm thinking this they would be evenly matched! the empires space fighters (not just the TIE figfhters) would have to battle Unicrons minions. such as the minicons and quintessions but also the elite cybertronian warriors who joined him. you know like sideways? Yes I'm basicaly turning this into a massive intergalactic war. but that's what would happen. I think in the end they would desrtoy each other. so long as Primus lets them that is.

Then the Transformers would have never been able to do any damage to him (via physical force) in TFTM or even destroy him. They did both (took out his eyes) and the Dinos even broke his armor by using physical attacks (Grimlock and Sludge) while Swoop and Slag damaged him with weapons..
100,000 laser blasts shot multiple time would do damage.

They can destroy his body, but not his very being.

Uh at no point did I or anyone else here say they could destroy his being..
What about in the Marvel Comics (US), Prime destroyed him and you never heard from him again.

Official retcon of his status as a Multiversal Singularity nullified that death.

look, lets just agree to disagree here ok? Unicron would win, for more then just the fact that were all TF Fanboys and girls.
1) the death Star's Laser takes FOREVER to charge, long enough for Unicron to notice, Even if it didn't just fire.
2) It takes Unicron FOREVER To transform, but he doesn't need to, as he's extrememly mobile in Planet mode as it is.
3) The Death Star blows up planets with that laser, sure, but planets made up of what exactly? Rock and the like? Not Cybertronian Metal.
4) If unicron DID have to (very Unlikely) Transform, he'd do 10X more Damage! The Death Star would hold a bit for it's alloy and construction, and fend him off for a while with all those guns and the like, but not for long.
5) In the end, I think Vader would likely end up as Galvatron. A servant, albiet, a much weaker one, but one with connections, and planet locations. Vader want's a planet destroyed? He tells Unicron were it is, and Unicron devours it.
Plain and simple, unicron, from any continuity, can Destry that Empire Trinket, Any day of the week.
Now if it were unicron vs the TRANSFORMING Death Star....Probably still unicron....Even with that giant light sabre....

Ah, yes. But Xaaron pointed out a legend that the children of Primus, if together, could defeat him. Yes, I know. Comics and not cartoon. The whole 'multiversal entity' retcon though...

Well, seeing as this dead thread from
TWELVE years ago was necro-bumped, might as well give the official answer provided by Vector Prime back in 2015, trans-dimensional gobbledygook included:
Q: Could Unicron Beat the Death Star?
A: That depends. Most instances of Unicron are expressions of an abstract force of nature, some spanning multiple universes. These instances could easily defeat the transforming battle station of Lukas 577.25 Beta. However, against non-singularity instances of Unicron with more mundane origins, such as Primax 984.17 Alpha or Viron 704.08 Gamma, Darth Vader's amazing mech would most probably prevail.
Translation: Against godlike multiversal Unicron, Death Star loses. Against ordinary mortal Unicrons (like the one from the G1 cartoon), Death Star wins.
And it's specifically the Death Star that transforms into a giant Darth Vader-looking mech, since that's the version that exists as a Transformers product. And it presumably has all the same power as the official Star Wars version of the Death Star, and likely even more since it has a giant robot mode too.
