Batman vs. Juggernaut.

Now bear in mind that I haven't kept up with Marvel for a few years, but Jugg's only real weaknesses that I know of are telepathic attacks (and only after his helmet's off), or someone who is much stronger than him (e.g. Superman, Hulk at his maddest, etc.).
That said, Batman would need assistance to win this one. I give the win to Juggernaut.
