Plot:
The Covenant invades earth and this time wants to completly destroy earth. Humanity is on it's way to destruction, the covenant want to finally activate the Halo rings, but the Helghan Empire also wants to invade earth, but they find earth already invaded and most importantly they find out that the covenant want to destroy all of humanity with the Halo rings. The Helghast first send spies to earth to see what type of threat theyare facing, they see that the threat is more powerful then they thought. Before the Helghast invade earth they build up their military/technology and study the covenant.

The Helghast have one year of prep on the covenant.

I may be biased because i own Killzone 2, but im gonna say the Helghast. They have more numbers, weapons, and overall motivation than Covenant...but as I said, i ma be a bit biased...

Im gonna go with Helghast

While the helgahst are physicly tough due to they're wasteland planet, The covenant are religous zelots. Those kind of people are a highly motivated bunch. Tough call, but ill go with helgahst

If they have space fleets, those would be the most powerful weapons. The real battle would be in space, not in Washington D.C. Interstellar ships are incredibly powerful. It's likely that planet Earth would be destroyed in the battle. That would make victory pointless.
