Who would win the ultimate planet eating contest?
Seeing how it takes Galactus time to convert the planets into an energy source that his body can absorb.
My vote is Unicron...

But after the entire universe is eaten, then they would be the only ones left. Then you would have to ask who would kill the other before one of them slips into another universe? Because nether one would want the other feeding on their universe full of food!

Unicron would easily win a war of attrition, Galactus needs to eat to survive and Unicron just eats for fun (like a fat person).
All Unicron would have to do is keep food away from Galactus.
