Are Spidey's spider-sense, super-strength and quick reflexes enough to save him from the master ninja?

the master ninja ain't nothing but a sword & a few ninja fighting moves.

spiderman would win because he can sense a opponents move before he makes it. he has super human strenght. spiderman can fly thru the sky using spider webs.

Whoa....this is a tuff one. I'm leaning towards snake eyes though. Spidey senses are usefull but they don't make him invulnerable. Spiderman has taken his fair share of lumps that's for sure. You can't argue that.
But snake eyes is lethal. A trained killer and super ninja with a pretty significant quiver of weapons to use. His skill set and discipline are nothing to take lightly in a serious fight between the two.
Both would never kill each other but in a fight of submission i'd have to give it to Snake eyes.

I suspose to be fair,Spiderman is lazy,he should of taken some sort of fighting classes like karate,boxing or kick boxing. spiderman does have zero fight training. he replies far too much on his mutated powers.

on the same coin,snake eyes,has zero brute strenght.

so perhaps if they were to do a clone of snake eyes merged with spiderman you'd get the perfect warrior.

Spider-man is biologically impossible so Snake Eyes wins by default.
